A Word From The Founder

I didn’t start my career in oncology recruitment. I came to it deliberately, after years in healthcare staffing, because I wanted to work on something that truly matters.

 

Cancer isn’t an abstract statistic for me. My children grew up without their mother because of metastatic breast cancer. I’ve seen firsthand what cancer takes from families—and how much better leadership and care can make a difference.

 

That experience shaped my values, even before I chose oncology as a focus. When I started learning about the global cancer burden, I realized there’s no area where recruiting strong, mission-driven leaders matters more.

 

That’s why I now specialize in oncology executive search: to help cancer centers, biotech companies, and pharmaceutical companies find the individuals who can improve outcomes, drive research forward, and alleviate suffering.
